Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step for Sales and Presales Specialists
Introduction
This one day case study is focused on the Diagnostic Phase of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology. The students will be guided through the different steps and guidance of the Diagnostic Phase. During this journey they will be performing different activities of supporting the sales and preparing for the upcoming project directed by Sure Step Methodology guidance and tools and templates. This training will also cover the alignment of the Diagnostic phase with MSSP.

 
Course Outline
Chapter 1: Introduction
This chapter introduces  Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step and provides a general overview of the methodology to customers
Chapter 2: Overview of the Diagnostic Phase
This chapter outlines the flow and structure of the Diagnostic phase
Chapter 3: Diagnostic Preparation
This chapter provides in depth coverage of the diagnostic preparation activity
Chapter 4: Selecting Decision Accelerators

This chapter provides an overview of Decision Accelerators in Sure Step in terms of :
- Preconditions
- customer benefits
- In scope
- Out of scope

Chapter 5: Executing Decision Accelerators
This chapter learns students how to execute Decision Accelerators in terms of:
- Efficiency tools provided by each decsion accelerator
- key delieverables of the decision accelerators
Chapter 6: Proposal generation
This chapter explains the proposal generation activity in Sure Step:
- project types and selecting the most appropriate one
- creating the High Level Project Plan
- creating the Project Charter
Chapter 7: Final Licensing and Services Agreement
This chapter covers the activity of creating the final license and services agreement:
- select the contract type
- create the Statement Of Work
