Open calendar training
Plataan organizes open trainings on a regular base and on fixed dates. Open trainings
are held on a central location and are accessible to everybody. Plataan provides
course materials, training facilities, certified trainers and catering, so you and
your employees can fully concentrate on assimilating the new knowledge without being
disturbed.
Onsite training
If you want Plataan to come and train you in your own offices, it is no problem.
With this formula, you provide all facilities and we deliver the trainer and the
knowledge. All our trainings can be held onsite. Besides, you can ask for customized
training content; we will tailor the training to your need.
Remote learning
If you want to be coached efficiently by a Plataan trainer in your learning process,
we can deliver you manuals and e-courses, or we can periodically organize individual
coaching sessions using digital media. An extremely flexible method, targeted on
your personal pace and progress rate.
GRIP training
With the GRIP training formula you and your employees can rapidly acquire knowledge
in a controlled way. Core elements of this formula are:
- Accelerated learning (also known as accelerated training)
- Controlled learning
- Residential formula
- Goal oriented learning
- Extra course content
- Full cycle
This formula is ideal for students that have little or no knowledge of Microsoft
Dynamics. Preliminary knowledge is not necessary in this training formula.
