- Payment terms

- Cancellations
Cancellations can be done free of charge up to five working days prior to the start
date of the training.
In the event of cancellations less than 5 days prior to the start of the training,
the full training price will be charged.
- Prices
All our prices are listed in EURO, VAT 21% excluded.
- Open calendar enrollments
Enrollments for open calendar trainings can be made via our website.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.
A final confirmation mail will be sent to you as soon as the training session is
validated.
Plataan retains the right to cancel any training session for which the minimum number
of participants has not been reached. In the event of such a cancellation, you will
be informed by e-mail.
Sales terms and conditions
- Contractual agreements between individual parties will be governed by the sole terms
and conditions stipulated hereafter, thereby excluding the terms and conditions
of the customer.
In case prevalence is given – in written – to either the terms and conditions of
the customer or any specific conditions, the terms and conditions stipulated hereafter
will still apply as a supplement.
- Invoices are payable in cash, unless agreed in written otherwise.
In case of non-payment at due date, late payment interest will be calculated at
1,5% per month, with immediate effect and without explicit notification.
In the event of non-payment at due date, the customer will also be required to add
to his payment contractual indemnification equal to 10% of the total invoice amount.
In the event of late payment of invoices, Plataan has the right to completely stop
providing services
- In case of a contractual or extra-contractual breach, Plataan’s maximum liability
will be limited to the corresponding invoiced amount.
- Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hasselt.
